One of the things I value most in this business is having a network of people I know, like, and TRUST to take care of my clients.

A seller of mine needed repairs on their sprinkler system, and my landscaper stepped in and got it taken care of. 💦🌱 When I recommend someone, I know their work reflects back on me—which is why I don’t take referrals lightly.

Whether it’s a landscaper, contractor, plumber, electrician, inspector, lender, or closing attorney, I want my clients to have people they can count on before, during, AND after the closing table.

🏡 YOUR REALTOR’S COMMUNICATION MATTERS — MORE THAN YOU MAY REALIZE.

Having a Realtor who communicates doesn’t just mean answering your texts. It means answering the phone and returning calls from other agents, too.

I currently have a client interested in a property, and for over a week I’ve tried to reach the listing agent. Calls. Messages. I’ve even contacted the brokerage trying to get someone to respond — and still, no luck.

Meanwhile, there is a potential buyer interested in that seller’s home.

We are in a tough market. Homes are already taking longer to sell, buyers have more choices, and every opportunity matters. If your agent isn’t answering calls or returning messages from agents who have interested buyers, your home could be sitting on the market longer simply because no one can get the information they need to move forward.

When you interview a Realtor, don’t just ask about commission, marketing, or how many homes they’ve sold.

Ask them:

đź“ž How quickly do you return calls?
📱 Do you communicate with buyer’s agents?
🏡 Who handles calls if you’re unavailable?
🤝 How will you make sure we don’t miss a potential buyer?

Marketing gets eyes on your home.

Communication helps get it SOLD.

Your Realtor should be working for you even when the call coming in isn’t from you.
