No room left at the cockroach hotel!

Never a dull day in the inspection world. 4 dead batts in the bottom of a chimney clean out. rodent carcass in an electrical panel. Mold in an attic.

07/28/2026

Start to a bad inspection day and potential fire hazards
Corrosion, double tap circuits, improperly attached wires, improper size wires for breaker sizes, open knockout in the panel, missing fasteners just to name a few.

WATER TESTING DELAYS: it has come to our attention that one of the labs are unable to provide a full expanded water test because one of their machines is down and if needed will extend the testing time.

Another water company is experiencing longer than normal processing times up to a week.

We at Advanced Inspections Inc. are still turning around Water Testing in 3 business days start to finish . Our team can even respond to your water testing needs even if you only need a water test. Call our CSR at 207-248-2690 to schedule your water testing needs.

When I am too large to fit through the attic scuttle hole we call MALLORY to the rescue!

06/19/2026

Mom said there would be days like this, just did not think it would be 2 days in a row in crawl spaces!

06/18/2026

GO MALLORY! Mallory's first full crawl space entry. Suited up and took it like a champ! 30' in to do a crawl space inspection and sewer line scope inspection.

My new CSR (customer service rep) Tonia McCray at her first job this morning and another pic at the end of the day. I think she likes this job! I think her boss is being way to easy on her.
