Today I had the privilege of helping another seller reach the closing table and close out one chapter so they can move on to the next. Selling a home can come with a lot of moving pieces, decisions, and sometimes a few unexpected bumps along the way—but getting to this moment makes it all worth it.

No classes today, so I finally had a chance to get out, explore a little more of New Orleans, and enjoy the area before heading home. ❤️

Last day of classes at the GAR Conference in NOLA! ⚜️🏡

It has been a full week of learning, growing, connecting, and taking in so much information that I know will help me continue to serve my clients better.

I’m definitely ready to give my brain a little break after all of these classes 😅, but I’m also incredibly thankful for the opportunity to invest in my education and my business.

There’s always something new to learn in real estate, and I never want to stop growing or improving.

It’s been a great week in New Orleans, and I’m leaving with new ideas, great memories, and a renewed excitement for what’s ahead. 💜💚💛

Day 4 at the GAR Conference in NOLA! ⚜️💜💚💛

Another great day of learning, networking, and soaking up everything this conference has to offer. I’ve gained so much this week that I’m excited to take back home and put into practice in my real estate business.

Today we also had a chance to slow down just a little and see more of New Orleans. There is so much history, character, beautiful architecture, amazing food, and of course plenty of personality around every corner! It’s been fun getting to experience more of the city while we’re here.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue learning and growing professionally, but also grateful for the memories being made along the way. ❤️

Day 3 at the GAR Conference in NOLA! ⚜️🏡

Another full day of learning, connecting, and growing in this business that I truly love. Conferences like this always remind me that there is so much more to real estate than just buying and selling homes—it’s about continuing to learn, building relationships, and becoming better equipped to serve our clients well.

I’m definitely tired after three busy days 😅, but I’m also leaving each session with new ideas, fresh motivation, and things I can bring back home and put into practice.

And of course, getting to experience a little bit of New Orleans along the way has made it even better! 💜💚💛

Grateful for the opportunity to invest in myself, my business, and the people who trust me to help them with such an important part of their lives.

I’m spending this week in New Orleans for the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Conference, investing in my education, my business, and most importantly—the clients I serve! 🏡💚

Today was a full day of learning with 8 hours of Continuing Education completed, and I’m also continuing to work toward earning my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation.

Real estate is always changing, and I believe staying educated and sharpening my skills is one of the best ways I can continue providing knowledgeable, professional service to my buyers, sellers, and property management clients.

There’s always more to learn—and I’m excited to bring everything I gain this week back home to better serve my clients! 🏠✨
