Dayton Mall is getting a fresh new look! ✨

A multi-phase renovation and upgrade project is now underway, bringing interior and exterior improvements throughout the property.

The initial phase of the renovation includes the installation of new sheetrock, crown molding, chair rails, and baseboards. After a brief break for the holiday shopping season, the second phase will bring upgraded lighting, ceilings, flooring, paint and community and tenant-inspired murals.

These improvements reflect Hull Property Group’s commitment to being a good steward of Dayton Mall and investing in a better experience for shoppers, tenants and the Miami Township community.

We are so excited to announce the opening of the Pritchard Park Place apartments in Racine, WI. This week, HPG traveled to Racine to celebrate the completion of this development. We partnered with the cityofracine to redevelop the former Regency Mall, now Pritchard Park Mall, into a place where you can live, eat, and play.
