We are so excited to announce the opening of the Pritchard Park Place apartments in Racine, WI. This week, HPG traveled to Racine to celebrate the completion of this development. We partnered with the cityofracine to redevelop the former Regency Mall, now Pritchard Park Mall, into a place where you can live, eat, and play.

We’re so excited to have kicked off our 🆕 Lunch & Learn series last week! A huge thank you to John Mulherin and Grace Welsh from our Government Relations team for giving us a behind-the-scenes look at how they work with municipalities to support the redevelopment and improvement of our properties.

From their cultivation strategy and Hull’s elevator pitch to a thorough breakdown of our bonafides, they walked us through how meaningful progress starts with relationships built on trust 🤝.

Our team walked away inspired and with a much deeper appreciation for the work they do every day. What a great way to kick off this new series!

TENANT SPOTLIGHT 💍✨ — Meet Keith Ledbetter, owner of Jewelry Express at the Quintard Mall.

When Keith Ledbetter opened Jewelry Express at Quintard Mall, he continued a family tradition that began in his father's jewelry stores. After learning the craft from both his father and uncle as a teenager, Keith discovered a passion for jewelry repair and design that would become his lifelong career.

More than 16 years later, Jewelry Express remains a trusted part of the Oxford community. Working alongside family members and longtime business partner Wes, Keith combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to create custom pieces and preserve treasured memories. As Keith puts it, his favorite part of the job is "knowing that something I made can contribute to people's lives," and seeing customers still wearing pieces he crafted years later.
