Have you been dreaming of becoming a homeowner? This could be your opportunity to build a safe, affordable place to call home.

To be eligible, applicants must:
✅ Live or work in Richmond or Columbia County for at least one year
✅ Be a first-time homebuyer
✅ Demonstrate a need for safe, affordable housing
✅ Be willing to partner with Habitat throughout the homebuilding process
✅ Meet our income guidelines (50–80% of Area Median Income)
