Our hearts are broken by the loss of Hudson “Huddy” Moye. 💙

Huddy was a special part of our Pop’s Peanuts family, and we will always be grateful for the joy he brought with him. He loved Pop’s Peanuts, especially having a cup or 2 along for dove hunts with his dad and brothers. Those simple moments, spent together outdoors and surrounded by family, are memories that will always be cherished.

The loss of Hudson has deeply saddened our entire community. We are all grieving alongside the Moye family and praying for comfort, strength, and peace for his family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing and loving Huddy.

In honor of Hudson and the life he lived, Pop’s Peanuts will donate 100% of our proceeds on October 2 and 3 to Hudson Moye’s Lasting Legacy Fund.
We are also incredibly grateful that Chicken Fingers Evans will match Pop’s Peanuts’ donation, allowing our community to come together and make an even greater impact in Hudson’s memory.

Many of you know Megan and Charlie Moye, beloved members of our Meybohm family. This week, our hearts have been broken alongside Megan, her family, and their loved ones as they grieve the unimaginable loss of their precious 9-year-old son, Hudson, lovingly known as “Huddy.”

Huddy was a joyful, energetic, strong-willed boy who loved his family, sports, hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. He brought a special kind of energy wherever he went and was deeply loved by his family, friends, and community.

A fundraiser has been created to surround the family with support as they determine how to best honor Hudson’s life and carry his legacy forward.

The real estate landscape across the CSRA is stabilizing into a healthy, balanced market. 🏡 Here’s a look at some of the numbers right now:

Augusta: $330,778 average | 74 DOM | 810 new listings
Aiken: $364,789 average | 117 DOM | 376 new listings

Sellers are still getting 95%+ of asking price across both Augusta & Aiken.

💡 The Big Takeaway:
More time on the market means buyers have more opportunities to weigh their options. For sellers, strategic pricing from day one is especially important when it comes to standing out and attracting serious buyers.
