A Super-Fun Story About This Transaction

I was referred to this sweet older lady by my fellow eXp agent Ruth Sinclair, she was relocating from the coast to be closer to her family. We looked at several homes, but nothing really felt right. Eventually, we identified a neighborhood she really loved.

The day I was leaving for a camping trip, she messaged me asking if I could come take a look at a house and write an offer for her.

Here’s where the story gets fun!

She had met a young guy at a dog park who was relocating out of state and getting ready to list his home—in the exact neighborhood she had been looking for! He showed her the house, and it checked the majority of her boxes.

We wrote an offer that same day, and by the next day, we were officially under contract!

* Minimal negotiations
* Both parties connected right away and genuinely got along
* That connection made the entire process easy and enjoyable
* Both walked away extremely happy with the outcome

Transactions like this don’t happen often in real estate, but I think it’s a great reminder that sometimes a simple conversation can lead us exactly where we need to go.

You never know who you might meet, what they might be looking for, or how one conversation can bring two people together. Sometimes, the right home—or the right buyer—is just one conversation away!
