This past weekend at Miami University, I had the opportunity to hear my former football coach speak—and it reminded me of something I carry into my business every day.

Leadership isn’t about titles. It’s about showing up, serving others, and staying steady when things don’t go as planned.

In real estate, things don’t always go perfectly. Deals get tough. Emotions run high. Problems come up.

My job is simple:
Be the steady guide. Solve problems. Put my clients first—every time.

Grateful for the mentors who shaped me.
Now I get to serve others the same way.

CLE (Yes - Cleveland!) predicted 2B one of 🇺🇸 top 6 residential markets in 2026. Jobs, affordable housing and low floods/wild fires risk is driving relocation and luring recent grads to the North Coast.

Cleveland is winning in RE (residential AND commercial) in 26.👍

Now if we could just get the Browns, Guardians, Cavs, Monsters🏒, Force⚽️, Crunch (Arena 🏈) to do same!

Macro forces like climate change and AI will keep the Cleveland housing market hot.

Cleveland is #1 for Investment properties.

CLE remains one of the strongest cash-flow markets in the country. Home prices are low while rental demand is steady due to healthcare, education and manufacturing employment. Positive cash flow even with conservative financing. Appreciation may be modest, but income stability is a major draw.
