A few months ago, I got a random message from someone I hadn’t talked to in years asking me about buying a house… and now, he is officially a HOMEOWNER!!

Jared and I have known each other since high school, so getting to be a part of this was extra special. From the very beginning, he trusted me, took my recommendations and advice, and was willing to do what it took to get to the closing table.

There’s something so rewarding about watching someone you’ve known for years accomplish something this big. I’m so happy for you, Jared, and so thankful you trusted me to help you through it all!

So happy for my first time home buyers, Makayla & Riley!!

Everyone’s home buying journey looks a little different, and these two knew they wanted a home they could put some work into and really make their own. They found just that, but this one definitely taught us a few things along the way!

The appraisal process came with some unexpected challenges and was a good reminder that getting to closing isn’t always as easy as it looks. Sometimes it takes extra time, money, hard work and a little creativity behind the scenes to keep a deal moving forward.

But that’s what makes getting to hand over the keys that much more exciting! 🔑🤍

Days like this are such a good reminder of how important it is to truly know the communities and homes we’re helping clients buy and sell in!

One thing people don’t always realize is that working with friends or family in real estate can actually be one of the most meaningful parts of the job.

There’s a lot of trust involved, plenty of emotions throughout the process, and an even bigger appreciation for helping someone through such an important life transition.

Recently, I helped my grandma sell her longtime home as she moved into a low maintenance condo closer to myself and family! Like many sales, there were ups and downs along the way, but with patience, strategy, and trust in the process, we successfully got it SOLD 🙌
