We are always keeping it fun at the Howard Hanna - Aurora office ☀️🏡💚

We spent the morning at our weekly sales meeting, then headed off to tour some beautiful exclusive listings, check out the new Walden Market, and enjoy some time together while staying connected with everything happening in our local market 🙂

Days like this are such a good reminder of how important it is to truly know the communities and homes we’re helping clients buy and sell in!

One thing people don’t always realize is that working with friends or family in real estate can actually be one of the most meaningful parts of the job.

There’s a lot of trust involved, plenty of emotions throughout the process, and an even bigger appreciation for helping someone through such an important life transition.

Recently, I helped my grandma sell her longtime home as she moved into a low maintenance condo closer to myself and family! Like many sales, there were ups and downs along the way, but with patience, strategy, and trust in the process, we successfully got it SOLD 🙌

Congratulations to my good friends who just closed on BOTH the sale of their home and the purchase of their next one! Everything came together so smoothly from start to finish!

We had their home in Mantua under contract in just ONE weekend for $15,000 over asking, and on the flip side, we were able to get them into their new home for $10,000 under asking… truly the definition of a win-win 🙌🏼
