Meet Becky Nedelka✨

Becky is an icon agent with EXP who genuinely enjoys helping people with their real estate needs. Beyond business, she believes in forming meaningful connections with her clients, many of whom have become lifelong friends. Handing keys to a first-time homebuyer is one of the most rewarding aspects of her career. She prides herself on providing exceptional service and being readily available to helping each one of her clients. In addition to her real estate work, she is a certified mentor with EXP.

Her family is her anchor; With two kids, Anthony (27) and Jade (17), and two wonderful bonus kids, Josh (25) and Jake (23), Becky and John have built a family together in Aurora for the past 19 years. Their sweet shih tzu, Jetsy is almost 18 years old.

Becky’s loves sharing in her daughter's passion for dance. Jade is a dedicated member of the competition team at Lisa's School of Dance and has spent four years on the Varsity Cheer squad at Aurora. Becky loves cheering her on during Friday night games and spending weekends watching her compete in dance!

Traveling and going on family vacations is another passion of hers. Every January, she escapes to her second home in Arizona for a couple of weeks to recharge and refocus. As a family, beach vacations are the favorite. Crafting is a creative outlet she cherishes. Becky will admit she is a picky eater and everyone loves to tease her about it.

Beyond her personal interests, she deeply involved in the community. Becky founded and currently manages the dance boosters at her daughter's studio, and served as a trustee for the Four Seasons Community Association for 10 years, including a 6-year term as President and 4 years as Treasurer. Her goal is to be able to continue to give back to the community!

Cassie Fitzgerald is an accomplished Realtor who has made a significant impact in the industry since founding the Hometown Sales Team in 2008. With a passion for helping clients find their dream homes, Cassie has built a reputation for exceptional service, expertise, and a genuine commitment to her clients' needs. One of her more recent and exciting accomplishments is founding the Aurora eXp Realty office where she works alongside a growing group of amazing Realtors who support each other like family. Beyond her successful career, Cassie is a loving and dedicated mother to her two children. Her son, Carter, is 14 years old, while her daughter, Claire, is almost 12 years old. You can find her on the sidelines of the football & baseball fields and in the gyms and auditoriums cheering for dance competitions!

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle Cassie regularly attends Orangetheory Fitness classes, where she challenges herself physically and mentally, prioritizing her well-being. Outside of OTF, she enjoys yoga, hiking new adventures and anything else that challenges her to the next level!
