Maintenance Technician
Required: Internet access, smart phone, vehicle, self-motivation and independent worker.
What to expect:
Inspecting Apartments in the Metro area, mostly in Aurora.
Communicate with tenants to schedule repairs via calling, text or emails.
Verify work that needs to be done.
Do repairs/cleaning/painting.
Assign to another vendor if the work is beyond personal abilities/time.
Inspect other vendors work and mark as completed or verify with tenant the work is complete and satisfactory.
Contract position in growing management company (this means you are your own company and will receive a 1099-Misc at year end)
$20/hr work coordinating/inspecting etc.
$35+ depending on experience for more skilled work
