Dear residents,
We hope you are all doing well. It has been inspiring to watch our community come together over these past weeks and months during these difficult times and we hope the care and pride we have always taken with our community has met your expectations. Thank you for trusting us with your home and your community. We take that trust very seriously and while it has been challenging, we have been honored to serve each of you.
As many of you know, COVID cases are on the rise and our local Government is asking everyone to do their part. To help reduce exposure and keep everyone safe, our office will move to appointment only access. What that means for you:
• While our office is open by appointment, we prefer that whenever possible you continue to contact us via phone, email or our resident portal.
• If you plan to visit our office in person, we ask that you to make an appointment via phone or email to keep the number of people in the office to a minimum. Please include the nature of your visit in your request.
• Our team members will be wearing face coverings and we request that all visitors to our office wear a face covering as well in accordance with CDC guidance.
• You may also notice additional signage and soft barriers to help us maintain social distancing.
• If you need a maintenance repair, we are here to serve you. We ask that when our team member is in your home, you isolate yourself to another room and wear a face covering.
Please contact us as soon as possible at 303-745-0505 or should you have any questions.
In addition, please continue to follow this important public health guidance:
• If you are sick, stay home.
• Follow public health recommendations for the length of time for which you should self-isolate should you display any symptoms associated with COVID-19.
• Maintain distance of at least 6 feet from others (social distancing).
• Use of face coverings is required. Please refer to the CDC’s guidance regarding cloth face coverings, which includes a tutorial for homemade face coverings and detailed instructions on their proper use.
• Avoid close contact with individuals who are sick.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
• Wash your hands often.
• Use hand sanitizer (60%-95% alcohol content) if soap and water are not available.
• Follow guidelines from the CDC on coughing and sneezing etiquette and clean hands
