Pet Policy
Sunchase Apartments allows up to two pets per apartment. Cats are allowed and dogs up to 35lbs. Our restricted breed include Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Spitz, Akita, Rottweiler, Doberman and Chow Chow. Monthly pet rent is $25 for one pet and $50 for two pets. The non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet.
