Labor Day has always been about people.
First celebrated in 1882 and established as a national holiday in 1894, Labor Day grew from the labor movement’s call to recognize the social and economic contributions of American workers.
Today, MAXX honors that history and the people who continue its legacy. Across our communities, regional teams and corporate offices, our team members bring care, skill and dedication to their work every day. Because of you, our communities are cared for, our residents feel at home, and MAXX continues to move forward.
