Before the first call, between appointments, and after the laptop closes… I’m also planning dinner, finding everyone’s missing things, coordinating schedules, and figuring out what’s for dinner AGAIN. 🫠

Your next investment property could qualify based on what IT earns. 👀🏡

A DSCR loan looks at the property’s rental income compared with its housing payment—giving investors another path beyond qualifying with personal income, W-2s, or tax returns.

Self-employed? Have income that looks different on paper? This could be an option worth exploring.
