Buying a bigger house sounds like the dream… and in many ways, it is. 🏡

But there are a few things people don’t always think about until after the move.

More square footage usually means more decorating projects, higher monthly costs, and a longer list of everyday tasks like cleaning and organizing.

And sometimes those “must-have” extra rooms don’t get used as much as you expected.

There are a lot of things I hear as an Austin realtor every day…

Interest rates. Inspection reports. Appraisal values. Negotiation numbers.

But the words that actually stick with me?
