DipDipDip Ice Cream features composed ice cream creations made with local milk cream and buttermilk from Hill Country Dairies and built in-house-made, hand-dipped mochiko waffle cones made from mochi flour. Guests can walk up to the DipDipDip Tatsu-Ya patio, order through their phone and choose from a selection of complete ice cream desserts and assorted extras before picking up at the service window.

Affectionately referred to as “Sanrio on Mushrooms,” original graphic art featuring unique characters designed by Tatsu Aikawa and graphic designer Mike Davis of Burlesque Of North America adorn the space.

Leander's nightlife scene is growing with the addition of The Rabbit Hole. Taking inspiration from the Lucky Rabbit's daily live music offerings, it will feature live music most weekend nights.

The bar will serve local beers and wines as well as cocktails such as the Bug's Old Fashioned, made with rye, demerara, bitters, orange and Luxardo cherries, and the Bubbly Bunny, made with gin, lavender, lemon and prosecco.

🌀Barton Springs Pool🌀

Barton Springs is a set of four natural water springs located at Barton Creek on the grounds of Zilker Park in Austin, Texas, resulting from water flowing through the Edwards Aquifer. The largest spring, Main Barton Spring, supplies water to Barton Springs Pool. The pool itself measures three acres in size, and is fed from underground springs with an average temperature of 68-70 degrees, ideal for year-round swimming.

Barton Springs Pool is currently charging admission fees. Regular admission fees can be found by visiting this link www.austintexas.gov/page/pool-fees-rentals

Season pass includes parking at Zilker Park. Barton Springs only charges admission beginning during Austin ISD Spring Break through the end of October. Season passes may be purchased each Spring and are valid through the following Spring and Summer.

Daily and Season passes may be purchased using a credit card online or from our app, ATXswims at the Google Play or the Apple Store. To purchase a Family season pass, or to pay with cash or check, please come to the Aquatic Office between Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

🌸May 2023 Market Stat for Austin, Texas🌸

In May, home sales slightly decreased 7.6% to 1,028 sales, while sales dollar volume fell 19.6% to $732,218,904. At the same time, the median price declined 16.7% to $550,000 for the City of Austin. Last month, new listings slightly fell 3.7% to 1,449 listings, active listings skyrocketed 144.0% to 2,574 listings as pending sales declined by 10.1% to 949 pending sales. Monthly housing inventory increased 2.5 months year over year to 3.5 months of inventory. via@abor_realtors
