My clients and I met over 18 months ago engaged and thinking about moving back from Canada back to Austin where one of them grew up. Starting out as another person interested in tech, we were able to do a presentation at work where we all got comfortable working together after seeing how I can present the buying process to them.
1 international move, a wedding, and a closing date later, & got to call their first time home buying experience done! 🥂
It's been so much fun getting to work together and take this next step in life. Getting to meet (and interviewed by) plenty of the family along the way, I hope you all get to host many family gatherings to come.

Another win for the next generation of financially literate and stable families.

My clients came with the goal of how to invest with no documented income to buy an investment property in Texas for the first time. We went through ALL the cities, their pros, cons, and were able to find the perfect location that was meeting all their cashflow wants.
Utilizing an non-FHA and non-Conentional loan to secure financing and immediately take this new build into the rental market for immediate cashflow. for being a fantastic partner and making this happen.

Making generational wealth become attainable for everyone.
My clients came to me with the goal of investing in a property to create generational wealth over decades. To avoid the swings of trendy and higher risk of growth markets, we picked a home that was in an established neighborhood that could still make rental numbers work for them.
These clients are out of state, and they trusted me enough to go with my recommendation for property management group, inspectors, and contractors. It's rewarding to see a group be able to take the leap with me and utilize the team and experience I've gathered over my years of doing this for myself.

The only thing that could have gone better is being able to celebrate in person!

Helping a young man take the leap into home ownership. We met over a year ago to talk about how he wanted to get out of renting, but was conscious about trying to make a smart financial decision.
After running the numbers for how to buy the home and rent out the other rooms, my client like the idea but did not trust the numbers yet. Over the year, we were able to build up confidence with the process, numbers, and then bought at the correct time for the client.
Being able to make a 4bd/3ba new home purchase in your mid-20's and feel comfortable about spending less then $1,000/month is a new reality for my client.

Under contract on a beautiful new build in Mockingbird Park. My client is a first time home buyer that is planning to rent out the rooms to House Hack and live rent-free! We were able to act quick after the new year to still get large builder incentives while having options to best fit my clients tastes and strategy.

Merry Christmas! ☃️🎄
It's been an exciting time with plenty to be celebrate.
Having moved to California to Texas, we still get reminded of the friends and family we had to leave while at the same time of reminding us about the new relationships we've made in Texas.
My wife and I were always concerned about what we'd leave behind, but looking back on days like today, we get to appreciate all of the blessings we've gotten in our new chapter of life in Texas.
It's been amazing to help people take their steps for their next chapters in life. Whether it's been coming to Texas or returning home, I've appreciated being able to be a part of my clients's journey to new exciting horizons.
Wishing all of you a Merry Christmas and happy holidays. For all of my clients this year, I hope you all found the time to celebrate in your new homes.

Helping a client reunite with her family out of town.
Amy Jantzer trusted me to help get her house sold in this crazy market. At the time of long days on market, price reductions, and massive seller credits, we were able to get this house sold:

* Remote closing from out of state for the seller.
