Tik Tok…it's about time! Social media giant, Tik Tok, is leasing space at 300 Colorado in Downtown Austin, TX! They're leasing 126,000 SF and have 96 current jobs posted in Austin.

As your local Realtor, it's amazing to see Austin’s skyline is filling up with tech companies; Meta recently leased 589,000 SF at Sixth and Guadalupe, Google is taking up 720,000 SF at Block 185, the sail-like building rising up.
