What are your goals this year?

At the beginning of this year I set a misogi goal (which is goal so challenging that you have only about a 50% chance of succeeding) to buy 3 investment properties.

I wanted to not just talk about building wealth through real estate, I wanted to be about it.

Well, we’ve bought 2 rentals so far this year and have our eyes on another fix and flip.

I don’t say that to brag, I say it because I want to be a walking example of what real estate can actually do for you.

After years in the mortgage business, I’ve noticed this one thing…👇🏼
