I’ve been selling real estate in Austin since 2003, and Northwest Austin is still one of my favorite areas to work.

Forest North Estates, Millwood, Avery Ranch, Balcones Village, Balcones at Spicewood. They all have their own draw, but the location is hard to beat.

You’re close to major employers, strong schools, established neighborhoods, and still not far from everything Austin has to offer.

If you haven’t considered Northwest Austin, it’s worth a look.

Kitchens and bathrooms are important, but the front of the house sets the tone before a buyer ever walks inside.

If the yard, entry, and exterior look taken care of, buyers start the showing with a better impression. If it feels neglected from the curb, it can be hard to recover from that.
