"Generally a good experience. I lived here for nearly a decade. It was a comfortable and quiet place to live. There were numerous maintenance issues, mainly plumbing. However, each issue was addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Maintenance crew is solid and friendly. The laundry facility is a huge rip-off, it’s the only thing that agitated me during my existence there. Overall I feel like rent prices are a little.." says David on Google
