As many of you all know my parents live in Hendersonville, NC and was affected by the direct hit of Hurricane Helene that hit Western NC and the surrounding areas. The aftermath has left homes in their community ruined and has made purchasing items for basic needs difficult to maintain.

My parents have been without power and usable water for over 7 days. It has been very difficult for my parents to navigate these challenges and has become extremely costly due to the shortage of food, water and useful supplies tripling in cost.

We are asking for anyone with a generous heart to give financially towards their everyday needs. All funds will go towards their food, water and supplies to maintain their livelihood until their home is provided with adequate clean water , electricity, gas and other necessities.

Businesses are looking to Williamson County because "they want to be close to Samsung." More recently, Samsung suppliers like iMarket America announced plans to move its headquarters to Round Rock to cater to the new Taylor chip factory. And Hironic Co., a leading Korean medical device manufacturer, was inspired by Samsung's move and wants to open its first U.S. plant in Taylor.

Startup Firefly recently opened a Cedar Park facility aims to help NASA return to the moon. Tesla is also eyeing a $1.5 million investment in Hutto.
