Rent = flexibility + less responsibility
Owning = building equity over time

I know a lot of Realtors are very “buy now, buy now, buy now”… and I get it. But that’s not really my style.

I hear this all the time… and honestly, I get it. Everyone wants to make a smart move.

But here’s the part people don’t always think about…

When rates drop, more buyers jump back in. More buyers = more competition… and that usually pushes prices up.

So yes, you might get a better rate… but you could end up paying more for the house or competing in multiple offers again.

Also worth knowing
You can refinance your rate later.
You can’t renegotiate the price you paid.

Waiting isn’t wrong. But waiting without actually running the numbers? That’s where people miss opportunities.
