“Austin, Texas named top real estate market with most pent-up housing demand next year."

If you’re still waiting for home prices to “crash”, it’s possible that you’re about to miss your chance to make a move. We just saw rates go down recently and there was a substantial increase of homes that went pending within days of the drop. I think we may be gearing up for a busy spring!
