Real estate tips for first time home buyers:

1. Get pre-approved with a lender! We need to know how much house you can afford first.

2. There is NO perfect time to buy a home. The market is fluid and ever changing so don’t try to, “time the market.”

3. No home is going to have EVERYTHING you’re looking for. If it meets 85% of your criteria, make an offer.

4. Don’t skip the home inspection. Better safe than sorry.

5. Love letters to the seller are no longer a thing. It puts the home owner at risk for violating the Fair Housing Act.
