- With interest rates rising housing prices will have to fall, but they will only be offset by higher borrowing costs. Waiting to get into the market has been regretful for many people over the last decade. News headlines make you anxious, waiting for a recession or bubble burst. Sorry to tell you, but year after year those headlines pop up!
