It was pretty cool listening to Buzz with Leader Dogs for The Blind today. 🦮🐾🐶🦴

He compared being a leader to dogs that lead and it totally made sense. Leadership is about making your people feel safe, significant, and appreciated. It’s important to encourage and to know how to make people feel loved. 🥰
