Austin, have you heard of that cold front we are getting in a couple of days?! 🌬There are many things we can do that protect our home from the winter weather. As the seasons change, it’s important to make sure that your home is ready!

Tips on Winterizing Your Home:

- Check to see that all windows and doors seal properly. Replace any worn weather seals.
- Schedule someone to come and service your fireplace.
- Check to ensure your heating system is working properly. It’s important to have your filters cleaned and serviced.
- Protect your home’s water pipes. You want to make sure they’re insulated in freezing weather.
- Clean out all gutters from debris and cut back any tree limbs that hang over your home.

HELLO ALL!!!
It’s the end of this Monday night and let me tell you it has been QUITE the explosive start of the week💥 For starters, I had an amazing weekend visiting at on Friday evening and then seeing by on Saturday - just WOW! When I wasn’t at an event or Christmas shopping (where are my last minute shoppers??), I spent it planning for the year ahead📝
I share all this because it led straight into having a strong ending to our Never Ending Referrals program today💪 Another six week program has come to a close - 2022 is going to see some big and better things ahead!

Build:

There’s a lot to consider when building a home. You will need to research and choose the builder and be prepared to be a part of the entire process. The advantage to building your home is that you get to fully customize everything to what you want in a house. Though these costs can add up quickly, this is a great option for those who have time to really design their dream home.
