A Central Texas native, Denise brings over a decade of real estate experience to her clients in the Austin area. Born in San Marcos and raised in San Antonio, Denise briefly left home to begin her real estate career in California serving clients in San Diego, Los Angeles, and even Phoenix, Arizona. She has experience in nearly all aspects of real estate, including residential sales, leasing, home

renovations, negotiation, and business development. Her diverse skill set led to her position as a director of sales, marketing, and operations. Denise is a natural leader and strives to “inspire by example”. Since moving to the Austin area, she has continued to help her clients achieve their real estate goals and form relationships that last beyond closing. Her motivation is fueled by the happiness she sees in her clients when they achieve their real estate goals.
