There's nothing better than helping great people stay in the place they call home. ❤️

A colleague reached out because her parents were renting land where they had a manufactured home. When the landowner passed away, ownership transferred to the heirs. Thankfully, their lease included a right of first refusal, giving them the opportunity to purchase the property before it was offered to anyone else.

They had no idea where to start. They were handed more than 30 pages of legal documents from a real estate attorney and needed someone to help guide them through the process.

The property had to be divided into separate tracts, and what we thought would be a straightforward transaction quickly turned into one full of unexpected twists. Closing was delayed by five weeks while we worked through every curve ball that came our way.
But in the end... we made it to the closing table. 🎉

Now, instead of wondering if they'll have to leave the place they've called home, they officially own the land beneath it.

Real estate isn't always about buying and selling houses—sometimes it's about protecting someone's future and giving them peace of mind.
