I wanted to take the time to share a loss. My client had to make a very emotional decision to terminate to due unforeseen circumstances. Delivering the news to my client was difficult because there was a lot of work we both put into to go under contract.

There is a lot that happens behind the scenes many people don’t realize Realtors do. From negotiating, problem solving, executing, and most importantly, SUPPORT. I appreciate my lending partners for working hard on their end.

It doesn’t end here! I was able to get her full earnest money deposit back (3 days past deadline) and create a plan to give it another swing when the time is right. Although, this was not a successful transaction, it was still a win. I have a forever client, she saw my determination to help her. I ❤️ what I do!
