Before I forget let me tell you something that happened recently.

I received a lead from Google.

Gentleman is moving from out of state to Colorado.

This individual makes great money, but on his taxes don’t reflect what he is actually making. (Sound like someone you know?)

Fortunately for these people we have an option that most don’t know about.

We can use 12-24 months of your bank statements to qualify you, and in the current rate environment it’s almost the same as if they went with a qualified mortgage. (W2’s, taxes, etc.)

The other really cool thing is these are pre-underwritten. So there are no surprises once you go under contract. 👀
