My clients had been looking for the right condo near UT, and we found a great one in a newer building - something that’s not always easy to come by in West Campus.

This was also my first all-cash transaction, and we somehow managed to close while I was literally on a plane heading on vacation.

The condo already has a tenant in place and is producing rental income from day one. Very happy for my clients and this new addition to their investment portfolio.
