In case you missed it, Zillow announced a new "Touring Agreement" this week that they recommend their Premier Agents use before taking buyers out on tours. Some features"
-It Expires in 7 Days
-It's non-exclusive
-It doesn't require the agent be compensated

Thoughts on it? Lots of folks were quick to pounce on it (probably because it came from Zillow), but I think this may actually be useful.
