A few words from the owner about living in Point Venture and this incredibly beautiful home!
"From the day we moved in, this house felt like home. The bright, open floor plan has been the heart of so many family gatherings, holidays, birthdays, and evenings spent with friends. The single-level layout makes everyday living comfortable, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still feeling connected. One thing we’ve always appreciated is the generous parking, making it easy to host family and friends without ever worrying about where everyone would park.
What surprised us most was how peaceful it is. Sitting on the patio or sitting at the kitchen bar, watching golfers finish their rounds on the 9th hole has become one of our favorite daily routines. It’s fun to see people celebrating a great round with friends, yet the home remains remarkably quiet and relaxing. We’ve also enjoyed watching the deer wander through the neighborhood, spotting foxes from time to time, and listening to the many birds that call this area home. It truly feels like you’re surrounded by nature while still being part of a vibrant community.
Living in Point Venture has been just as special as living in the house itself. It has a way of making every day feel like you’re on vacation. One of our favorite traditions is the incredible Fourth of July celebration. A neighbor puts on what can only be described as a world-class fireworks show, and the entire community comes together. The golf cart parade is something we always looked forward to and is one of those traditions that reminds you how close-knit this community really is."
