I was told by a lender that the 2-1 buy down program for most mortgage loans are going strong, which means even with rising rates there are still ways to counteract and get a better deal on property investment!

Even though it's still a seller's market in my area, buyers are gaining traction. When everyone else gets scared off by rising interest rates, it creates an opportunity for those who are willing to be in the right place at the right time 👍🏡
