We only have three one bedroom/one bathroom apartments our A1 floor plan 654 square feet for $965 coming available June 10, 2021, July 13, 2021 and July 23, 2021. All of our apartment homes have a washer/dryer, fireplace, either a vaulted ceiling or step down living room , ceiling fans in both the bedrooms and living room with remotes, dishwasher and either a fenced in patio or balcony. We are on the UT and Cap Metro bus lines conveniently located in Northwest Austin (Far West Blvd. and MoPac) close to downtown and The Domain.

We welcome your pets at Greystone Flats! We do not have any breed or weight restrictions. Our 1st level unique floor plans offer fenced in patios and our 2nd level unique floor plans offer a vaulted ceiling with a balcony. All of apartments come with a washer and dryer. Currently, we are leased out of our all of our apartment homes; however, beginning June 10, 2021 we will have one and two bedroom apartments available.
