🤓 Since starting with Claude Cowork I think if new ideas every day on how to use it in real estate. I have already replace two tools, I probably save 15 hours a week with admin work I was doing and now I’m able to focus on the things I am good at, working directly with clients to or the things that are important to me, spending time with my loved ones!

🦸I’m finding it is allowing me to do more production without losing track of anything.

📊This was the first thing I built that I already had in another tool but was poorly manually updating it. Now it updates itself every morning and reminds me who to call every day.

The more I do, the more advanced it knows my business- pretty incredible!!

A year in the making. My clients had a clear vision …the right school district, a lot with room to grow, a floor plan that actually worked for their family, and a home they could renovate into something truly theirs.

This one checks every box. It needs work, but that’s the point. It’s priced to renovate, and the bones are right. Their 3-year-old twins will grow up here.

The right house isn’t always the prettiest one on the tour. Sometimes it’s the one with the best potential and clients patient enough to wait for it.

Funny how the unplanned days are the ones that fill you up. Clear water, birds everywhere, that kind of quiet you forget you need. Not all sunshine and rainbows.. and then, literally, a rainbow.

💐What an amazing privilege it is to be the mother to these two!

🎁They brought me some flowers, for mothers day, that they picked and some chocolate and then we went to brunch and took a relaxing stroll down south congress!

✨More and more it’s just the present moment with them that makes me the happiest in life. I love when they are just themselves and the laughs, smiles, and sometimes eye rolls we create by just being together and being who we are.

🐵I also love to hear about whatever they are into lately and what they are learning.. lyd was talking about her AP history exam yesterday and Elie was talking about wanting a summer job or maybe scaling her thrifting business.

🙄 Lastly it’s so fun to see how I have become outdated.. I don’t know the latest words, use my phone wrong all the time, and make them laugh out loud when they know more about a topic than do.
