Didn’t plan this one. Nicole called, I said yes, and I took the girls to the Comal.

Funny how the unplanned days are the ones that fill you up. Clear water, birds everywhere, that kind of quiet you forget you need. Not all sunshine and rainbows.. and then, literally, a rainbow.

💐What an amazing privilege it is to be the mother to these two!

🎁They brought me some flowers, for mothers day, that they picked and some chocolate and then we went to brunch and took a relaxing stroll down south congress!

✨More and more it’s just the present moment with them that makes me the happiest in life. I love when they are just themselves and the laughs, smiles, and sometimes eye rolls we create by just being together and being who we are.

🐵I also love to hear about whatever they are into lately and what they are learning.. lyd was talking about her AP history exam yesterday and Elie was talking about wanting a summer job or maybe scaling her thrifting business.

🙄 Lastly it’s so fun to see how I have become outdated.. I don’t know the latest words, use my phone wrong all the time, and make them laugh out loud when they know more about a topic than do.

This one came through a unique partnership program with eXp called BILT Rewards..and it turned into something really special….they hav an amazing trip they are planning w all the points they will receive!

They wanted to buy right in my backyard in Mueller… which makes it even more fun because I’ll get to see them around the neighborhood 😊

We came in as a backup offer and with the right strategy, moved into primary and got it done. These are the kinds of wins I love for my clients.

✨ Just Sold ✨

This one was special. I had the privilege of working with a mother and her son referred to me by another eXp agent..as they prepared to say goodbye to a home filled with years of memories.

It wasn’t a quick process and it wasn’t meant to be. Every room held something meaningful, especially her incredible craft room (which I’m still a little jealous of 😊). So many of the pieces in the home were made by her own hands, which made this transition even more personal.

We took our time, honored the memories, and got it ready for its next chapter.

Now they’re off to Colorado to begin a new adventure and I’m so grateful I got to be part of this one 🤍

✨ Just Sold ✨

This one is a little more personal.

This was my Airbnb…the one I created, ran, and learned so much from over the past year. It was a fun project, something I got to bring to life from vision to reality… and watch it perform.

But sometimes you just know when it’s time.

The moment it went under contract, I wasn’t holding on—I was already thinking about what’s next. That’s the investor mindset… create, grow, release, repeat.

It’s bittersweet letting it go, but I know it’s moving into the right hands..and I’m ready for the next project to take shape!
