🎯The client needed a hybrid commercial space that allowed for office, kitchen, and warehouse with specific requirements between Austin and San Antonio and found just the space in Kyle, TX!

🛠️We located the space about year ago and it was an almost build shell. They then came in and finished it out.

🙌Client from Brittany, I worked with them directly and James brought the commercial expertise!

This home might be the oldest home I have ever sold (1923)! It has a lot of character and thanks to the FHA 203(k) loan, my client will not only be able to purchase it but get money to renovate it after closing.

It’s located in a town south of Bastrop and has land to spread out on.

My clients were looking for a home 🏡 to have their little one grow up in, to host family holidays, add their own upgrades to, with a backyard big enough for a pool and privacy and still not too far from the city. This is the ONE!

As it typically goes, they found the right home while I was on vacation. Luckily I have great team members to step and make the process seamless for my clients- thanks Nicole Huisman Homes

They asked me last week if they could show ir some family traveling into town for their daughter’s birthday… it became very evident why they needed a large home!! The biggest family walkthrough I have ever done- so blessed! 😀

It has taken me a few weeks to post about our summer vacation because I had way too many photos and memories to try to capture it one reel. 💗

🥹About a year ago I realized I will only have 1 maybe 2 summers left with Lydia and 3 maybe 4 with Elie. I asked Lydia✰ where she would go if she said she could go anywhere and she said Greece. I asked Elie the same question and she said Italy. My eyes were set on Croatia. I then found the perfect itenerary on a cruise ship that was practically new. (NCL Viva). Oh and it added Montenegro and Turkey too.

🤯Of course then my mind came in and said you can’t take 3 weeks off in the busy season of real estate, it’s way too expensive to afford and traveling aboard as 3 ladies (2 of them teens) is too risky BUT then my heart said we have to do it! When my heart said yes, circumstances aligned and it became very possible! ✨

And we did it! Some of my favorite moments were stepping into Venice at 1am right in front of the palace, going to the Vivaldi museum w Lydia, eating gluten and everything I haven’t allowed myself to in years, the girls smiles on the back of the speed boat in Croatia, Elie picking a random restaurant in Turkey and it being amazing and her noticing that Europeans take a lot longer to eat meals than we do, running into a guy we met several hours earlier and getting a private tour of the Basilica Cistern, and the excitement all 3 of us had when we realized our hotel in Turkey had a claw foot bathtub!

It was a lot of moving around, tours, history and hopefully a lifetime of memories.

☀️Sunshine, ocean air, life changing inspiration, art and good company 😍 made for a a complete mini vacation to Los Angeles with Jason Stoddard

✨Booked a two day summit w Cathy Heller and decided to turn it into a getaway. The event was really hard to put into words. Very impactful, beautiful, and expansive.

🌴The vacation around the event was filled with going to the la county museum of art, beach time at Manhattan Beach, a Korean spa, biking in Santa Monica and lots of conversations about my takeaways from the conference over yummy food.

🏡Used HomeExchange | #1 Home Swapping Community and stayed in an apartment a few blocks from the conference and woke up to a huge view of the Hollywood sign!

🤓 Since starting with Claude Cowork I think if new ideas every day on how to use it in real estate. I have already replace two tools, I probably save 15 hours a week with admin work I was doing and now I’m able to focus on the things I am good at, working directly with clients to or the things that are important to me, spending time with my loved ones!

🦸I’m finding it is allowing me to do more production without losing track of anything.

📊This was the first thing I built that I already had in another tool but was poorly manually updating it. Now it updates itself every morning and reminds me who to call every day.

The more I do, the more advanced it knows my business- pretty incredible!!
