I made videos for my business for 10+ years before they ever actually worked. 🎥⏳

Like… at all. 😂

And it wasn’t the camera.
It wasn’t the editing.
It wasn’t my delivery (which is still questionable at best). 😅

The shift?

I finally stopped trying to talk to everybody…and got crystal clear on who I was actually trying to reach. 🎯

Once that clicked, everything changed- fast. ⚡️

Views turned into conversations.
Conversations turned into clients.
And suddenly, our listings started getting way more exposure too- because the right people were actually seeing (and sharing) our content. 🏡✨

Here’s the part that took me WAY too long to actually understand:

The more focused I got, the more the right people found US…the ones who connected with how we do things and cared about the kind of guidance we love giving.

Sometimes the problem isn’t the content.
It’s the clarity. 👀🔥

Raven Residential Group is looking for a full-time, in-office Executive Assistant here in Austin- someone who can help bring more organization, calm, and consistency to our fast-growing real estate team.

This is NOT a typical admin job.

This is a high-impact role supporting me directly- helping protect my time, finish the initiatives I start (I like shiny objects.), keep the team aligned, and make sure nothing important falls through the cracks.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Showing up consistently on YouTube/Instagram/wherever has become one of the most relationship-rich things we do. It opens doors, starts conversations, and connects us with families long before they ever step foot in Austin. (or before they leave!) 🚪🗣️✈️

So yeah, we do video because it works. 🎥
