Sometimes the best stories start with a simple referral.

Less than two months ago, this sweet young couple was introduced to me as they started thinking about buying their first home. Today, they walked away from the closing table with keys in hand and a home that fits them perfectly.

It was such a great team effort with an incredible lender who helped make the process smooth and worked hard to put our buyers in a really strong position.

Full circle moment today. 🏡✨

Back in 2021, I first helped this family when they relocated to Texas and needed a lease while they got settled. Over the years since, it’s been such a privilege to help multiple members of their family buy and sell homes as life continued to evolve.

Today’s closing was especially meaningful because it was the final move—helping the last family member relocate back to be closer to the rest of their family in another state.

Being trusted not just once, but over and over again by the same family is something I never take lightly. Grateful for relationships like these and the opportunity to walk alongside my clients through so many chapters of life. ❤️

Big news over here 🤍 We’re expecting our first baby this summer!

Closing day never gets old 🙌 I was referred to these sweet clients over two years ago when they were preparing to relocate from Chicago to Austin. They took their time getting to know the area, settling into Texas life, and figuring out what felt right — and today, they’re officially first-time Texas homeowners! 🏡✨

So proud of their patience and thrilled to welcome them home! (And no, I did not force them to hold the sign 😉)
