We are thrilled to welcome Heath Hans as our new Director of Construction for our industrial vertical, Benchmark Business Parks.

Prior to joining TLC, Heath co-founded FIDES Development which was focused on the multifamily project sector. Heath also served as Vice President for JLL’s Project and Development Services group in Atlanta where his clients included those in the fields of commercial office, higher education, multi-family, and corporate build-to-suit projects. Heath started his career working for large commercial Architectural firms in Atlanta including Smallwood and Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio.

Last week, we had the privilege of attending a groundbreaking ceremony for Benchmark Business Parks - San Antonio, hosted by our GC, Structura, to celebrate the vision, hard work, and dedication that brought this project to life.

This milestone is especially meaningful as it marks The Town Lake Company’s first industrial development and the launch of Benchmark Business Parks, spearheaded by Taylor Hutcherson.

Project Highlights:

🔹 San Antonio, TX
🔹 Providing much-needed, high-quality space for local businesses

With completion set for next year, this development will provide essential, flexible space for San Antonio’s growing small business community. It’s just the beginning of an exciting journey, and we’re eager to see Benchmark Business Parks expand across Texas and beyond!
