Increased Days on the Market: With an increase in Average Days on Market (11 & 13 days) homes are now taking a longer time to sell compared to last year. This could be due to interest rates, or other economic factors. It's important to note that interest rates have been dropping slightly over recent months. Slowly beginning to favor home buyers. πŸ—“οΈ

Increase in Active Listings: The increase in active listings (15.1% & 18.1%) further contributes to overall inventory. & Pending Sales are down (3.2% & 6.2%) further indicating the market is cooling down. 🌬️

Decrease in Sales: Closed Sales have also decreased (12.4% & 16.2%) again leaving more homes available in the market. These indicators lead to a drop in Sales Dollar Volume (10% & 12.6%) ultimately causing a dip in home prices. πŸ“‰
