This is my _?_ time to work with these fun clients / friends. There was a very targeted location / reason for this purchase and we managed to execute just in time!

Random coincidence, this closed towards the end of my family’s trip to Whitefish, MT. Once all parties signed and funding occurred I learned the lender was vacationing there too at the same time! Great minds think alike and birds of a feather flock together it seems - cheers all around!
