The Square at Crystal Falls is entering its final phase of construction. What was once an empty site is now becoming a vibrant neighborhood destination designed to serve the growing Crystal Falls and The City of Leander, Texas communities.

With construction nearing completion, we’re putting the finishing touches on a center that will soon be home to an exciting mix of restaurants, retail and everyday conveniences — all thoughtfully designed with modern architecture and inviting outdoor spaces.

The wait is almost over. Stay tuned.

Bandali Builders is pleased to announce that Game On Bar & Grill will soon be opening at Cold Springs Marketplace in Leander.

This exciting new addition will bring a vibrant sports and dining experience to the center, featuring 44 draft beers on tap — the majority sourced from Texas breweries — and a state-of-the-art 16’ x 9’ LED screen broadcasting a wide variety of sporting events.

Guests can also look forward to a menu of elevated bar favorites, including smash burgers, wings, loaded fries, nachos and more.

Game On will offer a dynamic gathering place for the community to enjoy great food, local brews and premier game-day viewing. We look forward to welcoming them to Cold Springs Marketplace!

The Square at Crystal Falls is conveniently accessible from the intersection of Bagdad and Crystal Falls Parkway, this modern hub will feature an exciting mix of tenants tailored for the surrounding communities.

We remain on track for completion at the beginning of Q1 2026.

From the very beginning, Dino has been on the ground - providing critical support, resources, and hands-on assistance to those affected. His unwavering commitment has continued well beyond the initial response.

At Bandali Builders, we are proud to have tenants like Dino who embody the true spirit of community and resilience. His dedication is a powerful reminder of the impact one person can make during times of need.
