How’s the real estate inventory in your area?

From a low of 2 WEEKS inventory in 2021… to 5–6 MONTHS of inventory currently in most of Austin, we are close to a “balanced market” (4-6 months of inventory).

Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown, Buda, Dripping Springs, Lockhart coming in at 3-4 months of inventory.

Buyers, a balanced real estate market means you have more options and less pressure, as supply and demand are relatively equal. This results in a more stable market where prices rise at a more sustainable pace.
