Pro tip; if you can buy a newer or already remodeled 🏠 home do so! Takes so much time to make home repairs and it's adds up. I'll soon be licensed in California and am still licensed for homes in Texas!

Scaffolding for reaching tall areas safely, water shut off valve because my last leak was expensive as the valve was stuck! Luckily I had help shutting off street valve.

Added exterior plug for lights or tools or my instapot! Lol because it smells the house 🏠 up when I make Birria or Pho.
