Huge shoutout to Jacob Giles and AW Roofing who have helped me get a brand new roof at home as well as fixing a few siding issues. After insurance did not want to cover it after a recent hail storm they stepped in and here we are. Work done all in one day. Great to work with. Hit them up if you need any roof and exterior related work done in the Austin area

Central Texas folks! As you may have noticed it has not rained since Football season ended or at least it just seems like that. The biggest part of your home that needs moisture in the soil besides your lawn is the Foundation. If you have a sprinkler system you are halfway there but if you do not some things I am doing at my house are using a drip hose around the foundation once a week and giving the other areas a good soaking about that often as well. I have been in many houses this summer where it seems the foundation issues are multiplying and this really is the time of year you really need to focus on it. Fixing foundations is one of the most expensive items you ever need to fix in your home. What you do not want to see is a gap forming between the foundation and the soil along the edge of your home. This is the cheapest and best way to fix it as I just did this morning. Questions about this give me a call! Nobody wants foundation issues.
