Boom! I have 12 properties under contract as of today!!!!

That’s 12 happy clients that are one step closer to achieving their real estate goals.

My fulltime Real Estate career began with Keller Williams in March of this year, right when COVID started. Having been a leasing agent at the University of Texas at Austin for 4 years, I didn’t know what to expect as a sales agent.

I was nervous because of the uncertainty this pandemic had created and the fact that working as a Realtor is all commission based, no set salary per month! Nevertheless, I kept focusing on the families that requested my help and doing what was best for them. I learned that when I focus on others goals they proactively recommend me to their friends and family.

There’s been peeks and valleys but I’ve learned that there are certain situations in life that we don’t have any control over whatsoever, what we do have control over is our response to those situations. It’s a simple yet important reminder that in the end we are the ones controlling how we view our successes or failures.

I am very excited for what’s to come! Huge thanks to all of my clients for putting their trust in me!

You are correct, IF you are an investor, but since you are house hacking and living in the property, you can buy a property by putting 0-5% down. That is great news!

🏡👏🏻 New House Hackers in town! Getting this Four-Plex for my clients is truly a testament to how far technology has gone in these times! Mostly all of the process was done via Zoom, Facetime and over the phone.

We found a Four-Plex 7 minutes from Downtown, consisting of 4, 1 bedroom 1 bathrooms. Each unit is bringing in $1,200-$1,250 in rent. They’ll be living in one unit and renting out the rest, which means that every 1st of the month they’ll be getting around $3,750 in rent and will be living very close to DT. Once they decide to rent all 4 units they’ll be bringing in $4,900 each month! 💰 💵

The best part of this is that their interest rate is 2.75% and they only had to put a 3.5% down payment to secure the property!!! At the moment interest rates are at an all time low because of the pandemic. Low interest rate environments are meant to stimulate economic growth by making it cheaper to borrow money to finance investment in both physical and financial assets. 🏠
