McGray & McGray Land Surveyors is proud to provide land surveying services for a replat of a City of Bee Cave parcel and an ESD parcel, as part of the team lead by Freese & Nichols, to the City of Bee Cave. The City of Bee Cave, the Bee Cave Police Department and Lake Travis Fire & Rescue are building a new Joint Public Safety building. When it is completed, the building will be just under 36,000 sq. ft. on a property adjacent to the current location of the BCPD and LTFR. We look forward to viewing the new building when it is completed. Thank you for your continued service to the people of Bee Cave and surrounding areas.
As part of this project McGray completed a subdivision plat, as well as topographic and boundary surveys with location of all trees 4” in diameter and larger.

McGray & McGray Land Surveyors, Inc. is pleased to have been a part of the Travis County Bond Program. McGray’s field crews set primary and secondary control, completed a topographic survey within the ROW lines that included cross sections, location of trees 8” in diameter and larger, location of all above ground features, invert all manholes and culverts identifying size and type and measuring all concrete drainage structures and bridges. McGray provided survey location data for bore holes, ROW Maps, ROW Acquisition Documents for parcels and easements. Through the 2023 Bond Program McGray conducted land surveying services on multiple teams including LJA, Kimley-Horn, and Aguirre & Fields. Our projects included Blake Manor Road, Howard Lane, Cameron Road, Rowe Lane and Bee Creek Road. We are grateful to be part of many teams who are coming together to provide safer roads for our Travis County community.
